From start to finish I honestly cannot find any fault with the service we received from Rebekah. The first time we spoke on the phone, I knew I could trust her and felt so comfortable explaining our situation. She was always very friendly, helpful and supportive. I had a lovely young women called Rebekah who dealt with me from start to finish. Everytime I met with her she greeted me joyfully and made me feel really comfortable and at ease, she shown me around my property prior to moving in, didn’t rush me, let me take my time on looking around etc, she answered any questions that I had & was really helpful. The day I went to pick up my keys all the girls in the office was so excited for me and it was such a warm feeling! They greeted me with a lovely new home hamper, they went over everything that I needed to do following my move in and was extremely friendly and professional. When tenant or maintenance issues arise they relay that information promptly, suggest practical and cost effective solutions, and consistently organise swiftly. A happy tenant is a long-stay tenant. With ever increasing legislation on the PRS it is easy for a novice landlord to unknowingly slip up. Their commitment to keep up with the changing statute, explain the consequences if not adhered to, and implement as necessary is reassuring and calming. Fantastic service. Belvoir have managed my property for several years and have done a great job of providing help and support. They found clients really quickly and provided good quality condition reports on a regular basis. As a fully managed service they were able to organise all aspects of maintenance which gave me a relatively stress free time as a landlord. Due to a change in circumstances I have recently sold the property and Belvoir Mansfield handled my sale. They were the only estate agents that I would consider and trust. Absolutely brilliant!! Belvoirs letting managed my buy to let for 5 years and I was always very happy with their service. As such I decided to use them when I was selling the property. They exceeded all expectations. Mary, the sales progressor was fantastic. She would chase up solicitors and ensure the process moved forward when parties were slow. She had a firm but professional approach which meant I was able to get on knowing everything was in hand. Her communication was amazing, leaving me regular progress reports and I felt like she was truly my advocate. I believe that without Mary Hole, the sale would have fallen through. Cannot rate her any more highly. If you are selling a property, Belvoir Mansfield is certainly the place to go.
