I must say all contact has been so lovely and supportive, nothing was too much and all dealt with in a very helpful, professional and personal manner. Predominately most of the contact was with Tayla, who was so friendly and I can't express how at ease Tayla made me feel about the whole process which made the process so stress free. GoogleFantastic service. Belvoir have managed my property for several years and have done a great job of providing help and support. They found clients really quickly and provided good quality condition reports on a regular basis. As a fully managed service they were able to organise all aspects of maintenance which gave me a relatively stress free time as a landlord. Due to a change in circumstances I have recently sold the property and Belvoir Mansfield handled my sale. They were the only estate agents that I would consider and trust. Phillippa and her team took care of everything, with regular updates from Mary so I had no need to chase solicitors or anything. Very happy with the service provided and a big thank you!

GoogleI used Belvoir (Phillippa) for a recent property sale, a little complicated as this was a property sale after a family death, and we are 200 miles away, so challenging from outset. Phillippa and Mary were excellent from day one, helping all challenges be overcome. I would highly recommend them for sure!

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant!! Belvoirs letting managed my buy to let for 5 years and I was always very happy with their service. As such I decided to use them when I was selling the property. They exceeded all expectations. Mary, the sales progressor was fantastic. She would chase up solicitors and ensure the process moved forward when parties were slow. She had a firm but professional approach which meant I was able to get on knowing everything was in hand. Her communication was amazing, leaving me regular progress reports and I felt like she was truly my advocate. I believe that without Mary Hole, the sale would have fallen through. Cannot rate her any more highly. If you are selling a property, Belvoir Mansfield is certainly the place to go.

Google**LANDLORDS BEWARE** I've been a loyal customer of the Mansfield branch for 8 years, and this company over the last couple of years provides poor service for landlords. They failed to collect rent properly and didn't notice late or incorrect payments. They refuse to talk to tenants when maintenance issues arise. Communication is slow and argumentative, with a 4-day wait for replies to simple queries. I gave notice, and their exit fee has been mishandled. Firstly, they added the charge to my account weeks before the actual exit date, attempting to take it from the rent payment before I’ve even left. Their exit fee started at £450, then £350, then they raised it to £600. I was hoping to meet them halfway and offered to split the bill, but they refuse to settle, and I have no other avenue but to go to the Ombudsman to get a resolution. If they provided a good service, I wouldn’t have to leave in the first place and now they want me to pay the full £600 to go despite admitting failures in the service. An agent purely driven by revenue collection. Avoid at all costs unless you want hours of wasted time dealing with their conduct.

GoogleI recently rented a property through Belvoir Mansfield and I can honestly say that it was the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a letting agent. I was finding it difficult to find a property as I have cats but from the minute I started talking to Tayla I knew that she understood my position and she went out of her way to help me find somewhere to live. Both Tayla and Phillipa are absolute legends and went over and above to help me. Phillipa even agreed to meet me on a Saturday night at the property to hand over the keys on her way to a family event while her partner waited in the car. They really are 2 of the loveliest people you could meet. You really feel like they want to help you and I’m so happy to be renting through them. I’m so grateful to them both for making what was quite a stressful time for me so easy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them highly!

They kept me up to day with the purchase of my buy-to-let property and explained the process in simple turns instead of the usual unnecessary jargon.
