GoogleStarted very promising, unfortunately Philippa was in a regional meeting so could not do a critical negotiation. Low staffing levels has also created a poor business response.

Since the tenants moved in I’ve had regular updates when necessary and I have been reassured further following the first inspection. Particular thanks to Katie Orme for all her efforts. GoogleI called and emailed to make an appointment for house viewing, couldn't book an appointment as apparently house was under other agency. Received a call a week later and finally appointment was booked. Person from agency was half an hour late for viewing. After completion, key collection was agreed, appointment booked, nobody was there at booked time 1,5h waiting for someone to open the branch... This agency isn't helpful...

GoogleAs a landlord with just a couple of properties, it's important to deal with a lettings company who cares and is personable. Michael of Belvoir Mansfield takes great pride in the service he delivers and will always go above and beyond for both his landlords and tenants. Would definitely recommend to other landlords.

GoogleDidn't complete revelant checks for source of funds at the start meaning our sale took 6 months. Constant chasing required. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. I'm guttered to give 1 star as they don't deserve that. The only reason they pulled their finger out was I submitted my 2 weeks notice to leave.

GoogleWe recently had Philippa out to do a valuation on our property for both sales and lettings to help us decide which way we wanted to go with the process and she honestly couldn’t have been more informative and helpful. When booking the valuation with Tayla in the office she explained the process in full. Can’t thank the team enough for all there help.
