GoogleWe have been using Belvoir in both Nottingham and Mansfield and find them both efficient and very helpful. The new shop in Mansfield looks fantastic and echoes their clean bright approach and attention to detail.

GoogleMichael & the staff at Belvoir Lettings have provided me with an excellent service for a number of years. As a landlord who lives on the other side of the country to my investment property, it is important to have an agent that you can rely on. The team at Belvoir have always gone the extra mile to ensure that everything has been taken care of, to the extent that it has always been a 'worry free' experience. I would certainly not hesitate in recommending the Agency to any other landlords.

YellPaid on time, fair, clear and transparent
Belvoir manage for me now and I have been delighted with the service, although a managed service wasn't something I had thought about after doing it myself for years. I'm paid on time, clear and transparent billing that's competitive. I am kept informed of all the legalities that affect me. I have recommended Belvoir to friends, who also have used them to find a tenant and the let only service. Belvoir's service is something, I'd not hesitate to recommend again.

Good Morning Mr Staniland, I am sorry to see the one star review. As you are aware the rental market is extremely busy at the moment and each property receives in excess of 50 enquiries and the property you applied for had over 10 applications. We did call and speak to yourself and a family member to advise of the update on your application and as you will be aware we can only accept one application per property. I apologise that on this occasion your application wasn't accepted by the landlord.

GooglePity they don't care about the neighbours who are living next to there tenants who constantly play music we went in and were told nothing we can do couldn't care less
