Good morning Ian, Following your one star review with no comment, I can only assume this is due to the proposed deductions for cleaning at the end of your tenancy, now the Deposit Protection Service has come back I can confirm the decision by the DPS has been split between you and the landlord, £58.00 paid by you and £74.00 paid by the landlord. Good morning Kieran, Following your review without comment, I can only assume it’s relating to your checkout. I can confirm I have looked in to the matter and have the following findings, I can see you have accepted responsibility for the cleaning of the property and agreed a cleaning cost of £152.00 to resolve the issues left for the landlord. I can see my colleague Alicia did initially discuss there was some areas that she believed excessive wear and tear and proposed additional cost to remedy this, however after Alicia and Chloe discussed this matter in depth and exchange additional photographs, Alicia did remove the proposed cost. I would like to understand the reason for the one star review as I cannot see anything on file that warrants a 1 star review? Please feel free to discuss this with me at the office on 0161 839 2372.
