Good afternoon Hannah, Following your review online, I wanted to respond to you to ascertain why you have left a one star review. We Let Properties provided an introduction service for the property you used to live in and were not involved with the management of your tenancy therefore I can only assume that you are perturbed by the independent checkout inspection we carried out on behalf of your landlord Philip. Please allow me to clarify; this service that your landlord paid for was to cross reference the ingoing photographic and written inventory to provide an independent check out report. I can see from the outgoing inventory that there were issues in the property when you vacated. As your landlord manages the property himself, it was then his decision as to how to move forward given the evidence provided. I can see from the Deposit Protection Service account that despite having the option to dispute the claim your landlord made, you agreed that his deduction of £140.00 was fair and the matter was closed without further comment. Please could you confirm whether there is something else I should be aware of that would provide justification for We Let Properties to deserve a one star review so I can look into this?
