Thornley Groves manage my home, having taken over from the excellent McDonnell Haydock last year. Pleased to say that service has been at a high level, with prompt attention to communication and any issues, thanks largely to Daniel Garlick, who has been brilliant to deal with, and also his colleague Ilja Bihtemirovs who could not have been more helpful. TG recommended, particularly thanks to these two professional people.

I have been working as a contractor with Thornley Groves for a number of years now and find them to be extremely efficient ,easy to contact and very helpful in getting works completed satisfactorily, they also pay me very quickly which is a bonus , If i have any queries regards invoices or jobs they are sorted straight away I highly recommend them

Very pleased with the way the tenancy renewal has been handled by the property manager (Katie Garner). The upcoming renewal was highlighted proactively with a suggestion on potential rates. She then dealt with with the tenants keeping me informed of the progress until the final rate was agreed. I am now waiting for the tenancy documents which I hope are in progress.
