GoogleJakob at the Prestwich office is just amazing! So efficient, polite, positive and very experienced - he is a great asset to the company. I would miss him if he got promoted so am doing this review with anxiety!! I would miss his attention to detail and prompt service....

GoogleOn-going issues are not dealt with in a normal time frame. Months of trying to get issues fixed that are making my quality of life really bad. I am tired of this now and just cant seem to get a decent response. Do not use this agency- As a landlord or as a tenant- Just look at the reviews

GoogleSlow to respond to queries, constantly sides with the landlord with no consideration to the tenants needs. Made an absolute hash of returning our deposit and went out of their way to avoid admitting they had made a mistake.
