Thornley Groves estate agents really have been the best with my renting experience. I have had some really bad service and poor experience with estate agents before. However I have to say Thornley Groves in Prestwich really has been fantastic. They have excelled at their communication, friendliness and are efficient. Special shout out to Amanda, Karen & Liam for all the great work you have done and a brilliant service.

Liam was instrumental in finding a new tenant for an apartment that we rented out. They also acted as a management agent for the property . This was managed with the highest degree of professionalism. When the tenant moved on after 12 months ,we decided to sel. I spoke with Liam and within 72 hours he came back with two offers .One we accepted . The level of professionalism and care from Liam was excellent. I would highly recommend them for sales ,and rental mangement .

I have had a very awesome experience as a Landlord-- a tenant leaving, a new tenant identified and settled into the house so seamlessly. Excellent communication all the way through. Liam was very helpful explaining everything to my sister and I as we had no clue how to sell a house, belonging to our father. He explained the process, discussing both normal selling and auction, which if we hadn't had to wait for probate was the method we would have used. Liam was very smart, very pleasant and very easy to talk to. We had further agents to see, but we were so impressed, we only saw 1 more agent and cancelled the other 2. I think we knew from the start that they had to impress us more than Liam had done. We would definitely recommend Thornley Groves.

I have let my property through Herwald for at least the last 10 years. They provide great value for money, are responsive and i trust them implicitly to ensure their side of the contract is delivered. Statements arrive punctually and the office will get in touch if any repairs pass our agreed threshold. This trust has been reinforced recently when I worked with Liam on a transition between tenants. Liam was professional, very responsive and happy to discuss by videocall. Turnaround on tenants was 1 week, and that included checks and minor works on the property which he arranged very efficiently. My experience with Herwald has been fantastic - from friendly and open lettings agents and reception staff on the phone, to my experience being shown around a wonderful home by the lovely Andrew. What sets him apart from other agents that have shown me around is that he really took the time to discuss the little quirks of the home, making suggestions, and helping me imagine myself in it. He's the kind of letting agent that landlords dream of, as he's great at really selling a house. I cannot recommend Herwald enough, and I look forward to hopefully moving into a property with you.
