Rented an apartment with Case McNair, now part of Savills. Had an issue with the matress after moving in, Donna was very helpful and quick to help us sort it out - new mattrass was agreed to be bought by the landlord. Overall good service, would recommend using Case McNair/Savills.

Terrible experience. Rented an inner city three bedroom professional apartment as a "long term" tenancy, then after 1 year, despite being a tidy responsible, punctually paying model tenant, the landlord has decided to not renew the lease and sell, leaving me and my two children, one of which is disabled, high and dry. Then in the last few weeks, while dealing with all the stress of moving out while working a demanding job in a leadership role, they bombarded me with multiple short notice viewings, as little as 3 hours in some cases. When I required a reference for my new rental I wasted many hours on phone calls and follow up emails because staff changes frequently and nobody knew who was responsible. My own professionalism toward them has been met with incompetence and a lack of responsibility from the agency.PositiveProfessionalism

I had the best experience with Savills Manchester. The lettings agent I had, Emma, was so lovely and helpful. At first the apartment we wanted had gone and we were disappointed, Emma said she would let us know if any fell through but often people don't come through when they make these kinds of promises. Emma, however, did exactly that as one of the apartments we wanted fell through she let me know immediately and got the ball rolling to secure us the apartment that we wanted. She was amazing, 10/10 would recommend Savills Manchester and Emma specifically.
