GoogleHad a very positive experience overall with the Manchester team. When I have emailed Donna with any issues they have always tried to fix them as soon as possible. However I had issue with a crack in my window and there had been very little communication with me after 5 attempts to fix it. Still cracked after 18 months of first reporting it

GoogleOur properties have been managed successfully by Savills for many years. Any issues with the properties have been dealt with efficiently by either the lettings or property management teams in the Manchester office, whilst keeping us well informed throughout. We particularly like their approach that is always fair to both landlords and tenants. John-Paul and Alastair are always available and have been a great source of professional assistance to us over the years. We would have no hestitation in recommending their services.

GoogleThis agency is the best nationwide!! I was renting a flat for 2 years at Manchester's city centre. The people working at Savills were always helpful, they were taking care about our wellbeing and they were always kind which is rare nowadays!! In these two years we got issues with: Plumbing, flush - fixed Dishwasher - fixed Balcony door handle - fixed Some furniture defects - all replaced by new And we didn't t pay any additional money. Of course we were looking after the property and i dont have second thoughts about my deposit. These people are professionals and thats why there aren't hidden costs or extra commissioning, as we all have faced from other agencies. Absolutely recommended - five stars! Nice to meet you guys

Used their service to find my first apartment here in UK as a student and Maria Case dealt with me personally and was straight forward to make sure I had all the arrangements and information. Since I couldn't be there to view the apartment, this was very helpful. This relieved a lot of the stress of finding my first apartment and moving abroad.
