I have had & continue to have the pleasure of dealing with Sam, in relation to my property. Ive heard many horror stories from friends regarding agents & people within those offices however i have nothing but pleasant, professional, speedy & accurate dealings with Sam. I must stress, that i do have complexed health needs & Sam always goes above & beyond to ensure they are taking into account at all times The whole team are a pleasure to know & they do make renting from Savills very easy given how excellent there service is, but as i deal with Sam more i must say its very clear he always goes above & beyond what is required. I Have rented from these guys for a over 2 years now & can’t fault the service. When I moved in it was a very stress free process & went very smoothly. The communication is excellent & they really guide you through everything. Excellent communication at all times They essentially just leave me to it but again if and when they’ve had to contact me or I have to contact them it’s painless I have raised some Work to be done in my flat & they are swift to act & get it resolved I’ve rented for 15 years & can safely say these guys are top of the game. I recently rented a flat with the Manchester Office and was super pleased with the experience I had. The staff were really professional and helpful in helping us find the apartment right for us, all the way through the process to picking up the keys. I could not be more satisfied with the service that I have received from Claire Chambers and the Manchester office of Savills. The whole team were prompt and efficient in responding to my queries when I was looking to rent and that customer service was held to a high standard consistently throughout my journey of renting through them. Ryan Griffin dealt with the sale of my Spinningfields apartment a few months ago, working with me to appropriately market the propety ensuring to highlight its selling points which ultimately helped me to achieving a quick sale. I have rented over 15 years-ish, and I’ve never had such a great experience from an estate agent than I did from Claire Chambers at Savills. We’ve been waiting to hear confirmation on our new flat for a week and going into the bank holiday weekend, when business closed Friday we thought it’s going to be Tuesday now. Claire emailed me on her day off on the Saturday morning to let us know we were accepted so we could relax and enjoy the weekend. It was really touching and I was so appreciative that she went to this trouble on her day off. I have been meaning to write a review for a while as the whole Savills team in Manchester have made our lives so easy! Owning and managing a property when living abroad can be headache, but the team make it a breeze. The communication, level of responsiveness, professionalism and courtesy are all fabulous. We tried other property agents to manage our property and they were nothing short of frustrating and unhelpful leaving our apartment vacant for months on end. Almost been 3 years with Savills now and I can honestly say their customer service is outstanding. At the time was my first time renting by myself and was everything so new for me.
