GoogleThey were happy to take viewings, £300 in fees, and signed paperwork before telling us the apartment they were letting to us was up for sale and they would be regularly hassling us to host viewings in our new home from day 1. One of the scummiest moves I've seen while renting in Manchester for the last 5 years.

Reeds Rains did an excellent job for our flat purchase. Gemma could not have been more helpful and was always available whenever we phoned. They went above and beyond, even driving to the flat after hours to let us in when we wanted another look around to measure up halfway through the purchase. Great service, thanks guys.

Very poor, don't seem to have any brain power when it comes to how to market a property.Incapable of responding with anything coherent when you raise any queries. You don't need to be William Shakespeare but a general level of being able to construct sentences is not too much to expect.

Made the mistake of using these to sell our house. We have now been waiting for a memorandum of sale for well over a week. Initially we were getting told we would have it 'by the end of the day'. This then changed to 'we have chased it', were now getting to the point that our emails are just being ignored. Nobody seems to be taking ownership of this their side, its left to us to do all the chasing. The one document we are waiting on to move forward is being held up by our own estate agent. I would not recommend them!
