Partner phoned up to enquire about properties, receptionist was rude as anything and told my partner (who has mental health problems) to simply "get a job" I don't know what ivory tower this little urchin crawled down from but that is certainly an unacceptable way to speak to potential clients. WILL NOT USE!!

Terrible customer service. Paid a Fully managed service. No help from local branch. No replies to emails and no return phone calls. Quick to offer services for additional costs but don’t provide the service actually already paid for. Avoid at all costs.Incompetent.

It's been a month since we left home, but we still can't get our deposit. Used items are replaced with the tenant's money. You cannot find a contact.When you talk, they say they are here to protect the landlord.Be very careful...

We were in need of placing tenants in our property pretty quickly after a lengthy process after the renovation.Reed Rains followed up with all our questions and concerns promptly and efficiently. They were always on the other end of the phone / email.They have an extremely professional service with viewings; we were always notifyed whenever bookings were taking place.It can be overwhelming to understand the process but everything was explained at each stage and step, with consideration and in depth knowledge of the market.Reed Rains gave us an accurate valuation for the property and did their best to get as close to the original valuation as possible.Highly recommend.

GoogleWants to do a routine check every 2 months, thinking people are dead free to take time off for their checks. Always trying to persuade me to let them enter with management keys whilst I am at not in, which I refused. They come and check but never really resolve any issues reported, so what is the poitnt of checking. Time wasters.
David, the routine visits are a part of what we do and are part of any professional agency that manages properties for their landlords. My mum is selling her house with reeds n rains .uk 3 wks on they still haven't but her house online my sister n mum keep phoning emailing to reeds rains just keep saying it be on today or they having problem with the it dept and there is no sign outside house.

GooglePlease do read the reviews before moving in to the house displayed by REED RAINS. They are a nice agency,but the moment you out after your tenancy they deduct a huge sum from your Deposit amount.Be vigilant

We carry out a thorough inventory before all of our tenancies commence and then compare the condition at our checkout once a tenant has vacated, unfortunately any difference in condition beyond fair wear and tear the landlord is able to make a claim from the security deposit. Shambolic excuse for an agent. Don’t understand why anyone uses them. Fail to return deposits within legislated time period always excuses staff on holiday or sick. Just speak B/S when called all about keeping money in the bank.
