When you are a tenant repairs have to be constantly chased up, no one contacts you back. I have waited over 7 months for rotten fencing that's fallen down, yet still not fixed. But the house became empty next door and they can find workers to gut the house and replace everything in it. Disgusting treatment of tenants. They also allow illegal subletting of the properties and do nothing about it, even when 7 housing officers knew about it. Worse housing association I have ever been with.

I could say that all the staff at this office are rude, Unprofessional and behave like they dont give a F but that would be lying! Only half of the team are like that. The other half are friendly, Chatty and very easy to speak to. This complaint is for the directors board and the horrible;e staff, They are so unprofessional that they forget to hang up a call before telling their colleague how they feel about speaking to you. i moved into my property when it was just Moss care and the terms were that i had to have a full time job and be above 25 yrs old, Although i am very settled in my career and touching 31 i noticed that there are some things that they dont provide to help you with repairs such as Evening & weekend appointments or a correct ETA so u dont wait around all day. Those little changes can help a tenant feel like there housing provider cares and understands. They dont update you with changes and prefer to send letters instead of emails (What happened to going green?) To end this review on a positive i must say that my housing offices and a selected few of the Moss care office staff are friendly and when you speak to them you almost feel like they understand as they are similar to you. Not everyone in a housing property is what media portrays them to be. Just saying

Charge for services that dont get carried out never!! Gardening 4 times a year should be twice a week in summer and 1 in 3 in winter and the communal cleaning hasn't been done for nearly 3 months 1st raised the complaint in December 2018, still hasn't been cleaned its an embarrassment to bring friends and family through the area is disgusting and stinks its filthy. When the issues are raised your made to feel like a lier comments such as " well im sure it has been done". Treated like rubbish. Juat because its social housing doesn't mean we are all idiot's and lay abouts thats how your treated in my opinion.

Disgracful customer service. If I could give no stars I would. This company are rude, incompetent and are bullies to their tenant's. After my partner ended her tenancy recently,I have never come across such bullying/poor customer service from a company in my entire life. After her ending her tenancy, she was made to feel like she was doing something wrong in doing this, she had to end her tenancy for personal reasons in which meant she could no longer fund the tenancy and meant she had to move back in with relative's. Mosscare have not dealt with this in the correct way at all. They are insensitive and treat everyone like vermin. Anyone who she has dealt with had been rude and unhelpful, in particular a lady called Lorraine Hope. She's an utter waste of space. God help anyone else who has the pleasure of dealing with her. I would never recommend anyone deal with this company and I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this company in the future. Absolutely disgusting.

I have been with them since last September. I have found the staff very polite and more than helpful when I ring to pay my rent or to report a repair. The calls they must deal with in a day and still give you 100 percent. .I also have found the staff who come out to do the repairs are very aware of your home and treat it with respect. Ie. Put overcomes on their boots.nice to be treated with courtesy .πŸ–’πŸ–’

Disappointing service, Poor communication, misleading and false information. They dont tell you the criteria within which they allocate the properties under shared ownership. And then the information advertised doesn't match with the actual information. For example currently they are advertising a shared ownership scheme as semi detached 3 bedroom houses on rightmove via their partner snugbug homes. The fact is that the houses are all just terraced and not semi detached.

Amazing Service Provision

I feel I have to write this review as MSV have over the years provided the best service ever. All staff are very helpful and caring, they do their best to ensure I get the help I need. During lock-down I have received a weekly phone call to ensure I am coping, as I was Shielding this call is still coming. Amazing service thank you for all your help and support.

Asked if we could rent or buy family hom after relative passed, denied, yet somehow someone who hasn't lived there ever, who's family supposedly lived there before the late relative, gets it? Disgusting. Poor, shoddy customer service. Take forever to do repairs and don't respond to complaints of harassment properly.

Absolutely dissmal. Feeling a very vunerable tenant. They don't care and have no consideration for the disabled. Left me without heating and said will come out within 24hours leaving me without heating overnight which is exasperating my conditions. Would give 0 stars if I could. This has happened since joining with St Vincent's, they were more focused on tenants when they were just mosscare and are not at all social for social housing.

Shockingly disgraceful customer service nazia Ahmed you need lessons how to answer the phone!!! This is the start to a massive complaint and all you had to say was il pass the message on what a joke clearly you don't want to be in your job and you do it so unwillingly well. Sarah housing officer let's see what will happen next. TBC

Absolute joke of a company. Their repair standards are a joke. They do the minimum in all circumstances. Your house could be falling apart and they would attempt to fix it with wood glue. Avoid at all costs I wish I would have known before doing a house swap. If only I could give no stars.

Good landlord when was St Vincent's staff had good values etc , customer service etc . Good properties & locations. Not a great when initially merged with Mosscare but maybe things take time to settle down after such a big change?
