GoogleThey lie about repairs the staff are not helpful, its as though they are only there for a wage payment. They don't want you around. And they act like they could be doing something else.

GoogleWhat they care about is their rent nothing else...It has been week without electricity upstairs and the next appointment is for a month to have the problem sorted.

GoogleThey used to be ultra helpful before they merged. Now the poor things seem to be overworked and underpaid. The do seem to losing some of their moral pazaz. Hopefully things will improve. Just glad to with a different lot .
