Friendly, Helpful and Quick

Very nice people and helped us get an apartment to rent very quickly. Went out their way to give us a viewing early and responded extremely quickly every time we asked any questions. Lela and Laura are the two people who helped us through our application and I couldnt have asked for anyone better.

Brilliant service

I recently used Kingsdene to filing a new tenant for my apartment in central Manchester. Katie Henstock was amazing. Professional and diligent and found me a new tenant within 2 days. Handled all of the paperwork so it was effortless for me and my wife. Tenants have been in for a while now and are lovely. Big thanks to Katie for sorting this out for me with a minimum of fuss and effort on my part.

Huge thank you to Lauren who I dealt with at Kingsdene. Lauren was the one person throughout my house buying experience that delivered super clear communication, explained the process properly and just generally provided support. As a first time buyer it can be really overwhelming, but Lauren made it all so simple, she was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to Lauren and Kingsdene i'm now settled into my new home that I love!

Edite Prats has been the best letting agent I have ever had. She really cares and goes that extra mile to resolve things quickly. I live in another country so it's very reassuring knowing I have someone that I can depend on in UK.

Excellent lettings team

I have been dealing with the lettings team at Kingsdene (formerly when they were employed by JLL too) for many years and they are excellent. The team (I usually deal with Lela and Laura) are very responsive and always give me excellent advice. Most importantly, they organise the whole process of finding new tenants, doing checks and collecting references and setting up contracts. I would highly recommend them.
