Kingsdene Property in Leeds What a Top Team

From first advising us on how to rent our property to quickly signing our first tenants the Kingsdene team have been excellent. Their attention to detail on all matters relating to renting our apartment has made the process for us so much easier and without their expert knowledge on the law, market rates, credit checks, marketing etc we wouldn't have been able to rent out our apartment. Kingsdene Estate Agents have been nothing short of amazing for me personally, Gurjit and Faye are the respective team members who have assisted me with renting a flat in Central Manchester. Tenancy swaps and repairs have arisen during my contract which can be stressful. The rental market isn't easy for the consumer but both Gurjit and Faye make it so much more manageable as they are exceptional at their jobs and not to mention just generally nice people. Thanks Faye and Gurjit for your help, I am so grateful and because of employees like yourself Kingsdene rank the highest out of the several big, named estate agents I've used in Manchester.

I had the pleasure of Kingsdene being my letting agent for my Manchester City Centre apartment, and they could not have been better. I dealt with Chloe personally, but I found all the members of staff I spoke to were always very courteous and professional. Chloe dealt with any queries or issues I had during my tenancy ( which were very few ) , and I found the whole experience a very positive one. I loved my time in theirr apartment and feel I can most definitely recommend them for your letting needs. I would be more than happy using their services again. I wish the whole team a successful and prosperous future.

Moved to Manchester & was looking for a place, while most (if not all) agents were very happy sending videos on WhatsApp then rushing me to make a decision, Victoria was very kind to show me a very nice property and then offered suggestions which she also took me round to see. I settled on one of her suggestions and then I was handed over to Faye who graciously handled my contract negotiations and even got me an earlier move in date, would definitely recommend

Our experience with Kingsdene has been outstanding so far. We’re set to move into our new property next month, and the support we’ve received from Sales and Lettings Consultant Victoria has been exceptional. She was fantastic during the viewing and has been incredibly responsive to all our queries via email, always replying promptly. When only my partner was able to attend the first viewing, Victoria kindly arranged a second visit so that I could see the property too. We're excited about moving into our new home, and it’s reassuring to know that Kingsdene is our estate agent. Highly recommended!

I was looking to rent a flat ASAP and Chaley Wosser was really great at getting things moving quickly (got in touch Jan 20th, had a viewing on the 21st, got a contract sent over on the 23rd and will move on the 31st). In addition, she communicated well, replied quickly and was helpful during the house viewing and in addressing concerns about repairs.

Oliver was professional and always quick to keep me in the loop with any updates. Leeds branch, you need to do better.

This review is for the Leeds branch. Unfortunately, I did not have the same positive experience with this letting agent as the other reviewers. They were very unprofessional and incompetent throughout my tenancy, especially when it came to communication and repairs. When I first moved into the property, they claimed that the property was 'deep cleaned', but it was not. There was a hole in the floor, mould in the shower and the cupboards were greasy. Do not get me started about the walls...Trying to get someone to come look at something that needed repairing was a HEADACHE. They would simply ignore your emails and calls weeks and months on end, but hassle you if there was a slight payment issue which was a fault of THEIR OWN. It's fair enough that all they want is your money, but have the decency to communicate with your tenants, especially while they are paying you.I personally do not recommend these guys. Will never consider renting or even buying a home with them. They need to know how to speak to people and remember that basic respect towards others is very important!Seems like basic customer service training is needed for them, especially for the managers.
