GoogleNot really that impressed with all the additional and rather excessive charges. No wonder they have prime location premises. I went elsewhere and got a far better deal and a friendlier service. I have visited this place and expected their rude reply because they are unable to accept constructive criticism.

Our sales team are often comment on on how friendly, polite and knowledgeable they are. I do wonder if you have ever visited us though as a lot of your reviews seem to be on your opinion and not your experience.

GoogleHad a viewing scheduled for 4.30pm. After travelling to Manchester via train, and then while I was in a taxi to the building I received a text at 4.08pm stating the viewing was cancelled. Terrible service. Will be looking to invoice the company to cover my travel costs.
Dear Peter, I am sorry on this occasion we fell short on our customer service, I have spoken to the rentals team who informed me that the tenant cancelled the viewing last minute as something had come up and we are unable to go in to the property without the tenants approval. I believe Sian did try to call you but was unable to get hold of you so sent you a text message to make sure you did get the information. I hope you find a property and will give us another go Regards Julie Twist

GoogleThey added a fake flat to rent post, called for a viewing in 30 min since it was posted and they said it was already taken (it was a bait) but kindly offered to let my personal details for them to send me other offers....
Dear mama Mik, i would like to know what property you were enquiring about, this time of the year we are very busy and do not have the time to even think about adding a fake property and this is something we do not need to do as we get a enough of enquires for the properties we already have. We DO NOT add fake properties and i am very annoyed that you would state something like that about my Company. Regards Julie Twist

GoogleJack, Sian, Joe, Yvonne and others at JT properties made my international move to the UK seamless and easy. As we were abroad prior to renting we had a Skype viewing which help us a lot. We are very happy with our flat and building. I would definitely recommend!

Some of the problems I had with Julie Twist Properties:1. On the day of moving into the flat we'd picked, they rang us up to tell us there was no parking, despite it being advertised as with parking and agreements already in place. All of our stuff was already in a van and they assured us it would be solved by the time we got to Manchester. It wasn't. We ended up frantically searching for another more expensive flat and having to view and move in on the same day. They then forgot to tell the council about this change and 6 months later I got a phone call from the bailiffs trying to retrieve council tax money for a flat I hadn't lived in. 2. They are impossible to get in contact with. I rang up asking about the details of leaving a tenancy early and after days of trying, I eventually spoke to someone who said they'd get back to me. I received a phone call back 4 WEEKS later. By this point, I'd forgotten what I rang up about. 3. We had a fault with our oven, which we mentioned numerous times, and was never fixed in the 3 years we lived there. 4. We had a fault with our fire alarms where they would go off by themselves. This was reported and the fire alarms had to be taken down as they kept going off. This lasted 4 months before they did something, which happened to coincide with the end of our tenancy.5. We cleaned the flat and moved out 2 months before our tenancy expired. They took photos of the flat in its current state and advertised it on RightMove and their own website. They then found a tenant. Then they emailed me to say £100 would be removed from my deposit for cleaning as the flat was in an "unrentable condition", a point I argued to the person I dealt with, who simply replied "wasn't me that advertised it". Good points about Julie Twist:The only positive thing I can say is that I now own my own home and no longer have to deal with cowboys like this.

YellWorst agent I have ever dealt with
The worst agent I have ever had to deal with.Slow, rude, incompetent.The hob broke- I was told to wait and that it'd be healthier for me to use the cooker anyway.The roof grew mould and dripped water- their solution was to paint the mould white and drip white water over my stuff.I moved out and they attempted to charge me £80 for a blind I had broken- 4 weeks later they admitted they were wrong and simply hadn't bothered to establish if it was broken when I moved in.Glad to be rid of them.
