Dear Vicente.I am sorry to hear that you feel you have not received the level of service that we wish to provide, however in looking into your file, I do disagree with some of the comments that you have made on this review. Firstly, in your comments that “the staff have the worst customer service” As you can see from our many reviews a vast majority of our landlords and tenants have complimented on how professional and responsive all staff members are and when looking into your file at the emails you have sent us you have never expressed this, only that communication could be improved.I can see there have been a few maintenance issues since you have been in the property and all excluding a couple were received in the last couple of months are outstanding. As I am sure you can appreciate, due to the restrictions on movement with non-essential travel only the high priority urgent maintenance can be attended to, meaning that anything deemed as non-urgent may take longer than anticipated. We did received a report from you that there was an issue with the lock on the apartment door, however when our maintenance team did attend there was no issue. All maintenance work has to be approved by your landlord before we can attend and at certain times of the year we are very busy and therefore we do have to prioritise any issues in order of priority.Should we have not attended for appointments I do apologise we do always attempt to inform our tenants should we not be able to attend and advise when the next available appointment would be.In relation to the fees that you have mentioned. From June 2019 no tenants are charged any fees other than a holding deposit to secure a property following the tenant fee ban. However, any tenancy that was entered into prior to June 2019 any fees stated within your tenancy agreement are still applicable until June 2020, all of the fees were included within your tenancy agreement and also stated on the reservation form which you signed, please let do get in touch and let us know should you require a copy of this.Regards Stacie Wright
