I cannot recommend Julie Twist Properties enough! I was incredibly impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. On very short notice, they managed to arrange and show me around three different flats all within a single hour. The service was seamless from start to finish. Emily was fantastic, she was so kind and patient, answering every single one of my questions with expertise. I felt truly looked after, especially as they provided detailed brochures for every property I viewed, which made the experience feel organised and high-end. Knowing that the properties listed by Julie Twist are of such high quality gives me total peace of mind. They provide all the necessary details to help me make an informed final decision. I’ll definitely be continuing my search with them. Highly recommended!

I just moved out of a property managed by Julie Twist for the last 4 years and have had an absolutely amazing experience from the start till the end of the tenancy. Kelly Davenport has been really helpful with any issues, maintenance or otherwise, that I encountered during this period and also ensured a seamless move out process!

It's been a pleasure working with Julie Twist. They have made the whole process of looking for apartments very enjoyable, and I really enjoyed the recent viewing I had in a Manchester apartment (the viewing agent Emily was brilliant, very knowledgeable and answered every question I had!). Overall very professional, and would thoroughly recommend!

Darren Bolton, JT’s Lettings Department Leader, recently marketed a flat we own in Manchester City Centre. As always, Darren and his team did a fantastic job. They found a great tenant and then onboarded them seamlessly. I highly recommend Julie Twist Properties. Great to deal with and very, very good at what they do.

Julie Twist is a top class operation and highly professional from the top down. It was a total pleasure working with the team there and special thanks to Louis who gave us great advice on how to price and market the property. We had a better than expected outcome thanks to him. I wish every estate agency did business the way they do. Susan James

I’ve had a thorough experience with both the sales team as well as the lettings team and in every aspect Julie Twist have been outstanding. When renting through Julie Twist, concerns were addressed at the earliest instance. They were communicative and professional. Our tenancy was dealt with by Kelly Davenport who couldn’t have been more helpful. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the sales team. Purchasing a flat could have been an extremely stressful process, but the team at Julie Twist were superb in chasing slow solicitors, being reassuring and proactive, and guaranteed there was good communication at all times. I cannot express my thanks to Louis, Chris, Ellie and Louisa enough.

Fantastic service, thank you! Ellie and Paul were very polite and helpful early on, and I dealt mainly with Chris from there onwards. My case progressed very slowly (due to a poor choice in conveyancers on my part!), and the purchase was truly kept alive by Chris' persistence; without this, I have little doubt that it would have fallen through. I was kept fully-informed throughout, thanks to Chris' responsiveness and proactivity, and he managed the relationship with an understandably frustrated seller admirably. He repeatedly went 'above and beyond' to ensure that all parties worked together to get this over the line. I would highly recommend Julie Twist to anybody, based on this experience.

Highly recommend Julie Twist. They made our sale and move so much easier - we really couldn't have done it without them. They were always available to help, and really kept the whole process moving along. Buying/ selling is never easy, so it was great to have people on our side who knew exactly what they were doing. Huge thank you to Chris & Louis.

I had a great experience selling my apartment with Julie Twist, and Ellie in particular was brilliant throughout. She kept everything clear and stress-free, always had time for my questions, and moved things along nicely. It felt like she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome, and the communication was spot on from start to finish. If you’re looking to sell in Manchester and want an agent who actually looks after you rather than just listing your place and disappearing, I’d definitely recommend them.

I sold my property with Julie Twist in September 2023. From the initial valuation and market appraisal through to the completion of sale, the team were very hands-on and attentive. Paul in particular really helped me get things over the line and continued to keep me informed throughout the process. His passion to do a great job for his clients and knowledge of the industry and subsequent procedures is second-to- none! I would highly recommend Paul as your sales agent! He’s the best!

So impressed with this company

I just moved my rented flat to Julie Twist, I'm so impressed with their efficiency, they had tenants vetted and installed within 2 weeks of agreeing to take it on and communication was excellent all along. Shoutout to Darren, Mollie and Yvonne for helpfulness and general niceness. This feels like a company that really knows what they are doing and has everything down to a T. I like it that their prices are transparent and also that they have a 24 hour contact number with a real person on the end for tenants. It feels like they are intending to look after the tenants as well as the landlords.

I had the pleasure of working with Chloe from Julie Twist Lettings, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the beginning, Chloe was incredibly lovely, attentive, and helpful. She was quick to answer all of our questions and made sure we had all the information we needed to make a well-informed decision. Even when Chloe was away, she ensured that we were taken care of by providing us with a point of contact, which made the whole process seamless. The entire team at Julie Twist Lettings was incredibly responsive and supportive, always making us feel like a priority. Chloe was especially great at balancing the needs of both us, as tenants, and the landlords, ensuring that everyone’s requirements were met. She gave us plenty of time to make our decision, which was greatly appreciated, and offered valuable guidance throughout the entire process. I truly felt supported and well-catered to, and I would highly recommend Chloe and the team at Julie Twist Lettings for anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free rental experience.

5 stars agency; many thanks to Darren

I had a great experience yesterday when I have visited the branch in Manchester. First, I had a viewing in the area regarding a flat after which I went to the branch where I’ve received a lot of assistance and guidance with my application and information about the applying and the renting process. Many thanks to Darren. He’s been a lot of help and he encouraged me with my application. This agency is good vibes and definitely seems to be trustworthy with professional staff. 5 stars

We engaged Julie Twist to handle a sale…

We engaged Julie Twist to handle a sale of a property for one of our clients in Manchester. They are thorough on due diligence and documentation. View the properties in person and value them accurately and quickly which was a reassuring start. The response in terms of the number of viewings, communication and professionalism has exceeded expectation on all fronts. I've dealt with Paul Sutemire and Lyn Forshaw and both have been a pleasure to deal with. Very professional outfit, highly recommend.
