GoogleThe representative, Julie, was kind and helpful. The person guided me through the house and made it easy. Although I did not end up taking the house, because it was taken before I got the virtual viewing, the person kept looking for an apartment for me. Hopefully, I will get a suitable one soon. Absolute waste of time. They are poorly informed about property practices, I would avoid the property management team at all costs. Horrid! Frightened of retribution for even positing this - and having to post anonymously.

I’m sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with the property management team. Its important for property managers to be knowledgeable and provide effective services to their clients. If you feel that their practices were inadequate it may be helpful to provide specific feedback to the Management team so they can improve. Its also understandable to be cautious about potential retribution, but expressing your concerns in a constructive manner can ultimately lead to a better outcome.Ru Kellyevans - Lettings Manager
