GooglePaul assisted me with the purchase of my first property. He was very helpful and responsive (often more so than my actual solicitor!) and was a great liaison between myself and the sellers to get our purchase done quickly. He and his team were very reassuring and had a great attitude.

GoogleTerrible experience, delayed moving into a new flat by almost a month because they didn't give us all the paperwork and then tried to charge us late fees. Now they haven't been taking rent out via direct debit (which we informed them about) it still isn't sorted and they are attempting to charge us again. Really don't recommend this agency.

I am sorry to hear that you have been unhappy with the service you have received from us. After looking in to this review, I can see the delay was held up as the guarantors had not signed there part of the contract, we are unable to move anyone in to a property until all parties have signed there part of the contract, all documents are sent via Docusign to make it easier on all parties to read and sign. We don’t take the rent via direct debit, a standing order is set up which we have no control over, We sent the bank a standing order form that you signed on your move in but it looks like the bank did not set this up correctly so we did not receive the rent for 2 months, we did agree to waiver the fee on this occasion due to this misunderstanding. We do ask all tenants to check with there bank to make sure the standing order is set up. We do still appreciate the time you took to write this review as this will help us improve our services for the future.
