GoogleThere are an awful lot of letting agents on Deansgate but none of them measure up to Julie Twist! We have always been made to feel valued by the team in the Manchester office - they are highly efficient and friendly, responding to emails & phone calls promptly. The staff always have time for us and, in particular, Mollie and Darren have been incredibly helpful throughout the process of securing our tenancy.

Googlethey entered in my flat without calling or sending any text before, once using keys. Ignored every lack of the house, broken windows, broken doorbell, broken ventilation. they reclaim the billing account once i left the flat and ignored me when i asked for the last meter reading. Really an unbelieably bad service.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the building we had to rely on third party contractors an as this was during lockdown it meant the process wasn’t as quick as we’d have liked. Regards Stacie
