GoogleJT managed my property for over 5 years and I was very happy with the service. Especially with the maintenance team who helped me out many a time. I sold the property this year and Paul at JT was a great help and made sure it was a quick smooth transaction

GoogleEllie, Mollie and Darren of Julie Twist Properties in Manchester provided good services to my family and I when we were in Manchester in the last 2 weeks looking for suitable apartments to lease for my daughter, who is commencing her studies in September 2023. Besides their prompt service to arrange for suitable apartments for our viewing, they have also provided good advice on the actions we need to take to expedite finding suitable apartments. I find their services prompt and helpful. I would like to commend Julie Twist Properties for having such good staff. Thanks again and best regards. Johnny Yeo

GoogleWith the rental market in Manchester as it currently stands, I'd spent around two and a half months struggling to find a 1-bed city centre flat that met my needs, but Darren and his colleagues from Julie Twist were extremely patient and stuck with me through the whole process. It was Julie Twist that eventually found me a place, and Darren who helped me secure my new tenancy. Incredibly grateful for their continuous and determined support to help me find a home, and I know from renting through them previously that they are a good agency in terms of maintenance and check-out.

GoogleSpoke to a guy called Phill Birnado who was probably the rudest and least professional letting agent I have spoken to. When mentioned we are from a different country the disregard and disrespect was unreal. Do not waste your time with these guys whether your letting or wanting to advertise your property. Absolutely filthy manners.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

Extremely professional and versatile to all my needs. I was dealt with by the City Centre based office (Louis) and have nothing negative to say about my service. I am a new customer of JTP's after having poor customer service from a previous business which I will not mention, have been pleasantly surprised by the ease of the whole process.Thank you very much for making my life easier!
