TrustpilotSO unprofessional - Do not use Jordan Fishwick
During my sale (2 bed flat) I chased JF most of the time and when eventually the sale completed they did not even bother to contact me (yet grabbed their fees) ..... I had to chase them / complain ..... eventually I received an email from Martin Moston Group Operations Director, Manchester with the biggest load of Bull excuses. No wonder Estate Agents have a bad name !!!!!

GoogleRecently had my house sale and purchase with Jordan Fishwick. Both were very successful. Its true to say that it was stressful, but these were aspects that were out of Jordans hands. Such as other getting a buyer literally in the first and then having to madly trawl the market to find a suitable new home. However, the advice and support that Jordans gave was really helpful. Sending me to lots of potential houses and giving advice about potential purchases I'd found myself. Maura, Harry ,Dave and the team all gave good advice and guidance that helped me dodge a few problem properties and helped me keep hold of my purchaser for 6 months it took for me to secure a suitable property. Being gazumped, outbid and having to walk away from a property because of it being overpriced and the bank refused my mortgage were many of the letdowns I experienced. Funnily enough, I'd had a heads up from Maura about the overpriced property, but was so desperate not to lose my buyer I just went for it. Really thinking about my experience... The realisation when selling and buying is the you're literally at the mercy of your vendors and purchasers- if you they change their mind there isn't a lot that you or the agent can do. So really, all I can rate my experience on with the agent is the customer service, support,advice, updates and their professionalism- and for that they get 5 stars. I can't fault them . They helped keep me well balanced and updated in a business that can be an unknown quantity at times.

GoogleWe recently worked with the team at Jordan Fishwick to sell our South Manchester property and despite challenging market conditions are delighted with the outcome. Their approach is traditional, honest, personable and above all realistic. They do what they say they will and they do it well. They don’t over promise but they work hard to deliver good value for money. In our case they overcame significant challenges born out of the time of year and external events effecting the market. They showed great resolve and delivered. I recommend Harry and his team above all other Chorlton estate agents.

William kept us informed throughout the process, often challenging others within the chain (including solicitors). I’m certain the chain would have collapsed without Williams interventions.

GoogleGreat service from everyone at Jordan Fishwick, mainly dealt with Elly who was very knowledgable and helped me through the whole process. Harry came to value our house and was really helpful and clear and he wasn't pushy like other agents were. David then came and carried out taking photos and measure ups. Again, his service was professionable and reliable. Maura was also brilliant throughout the process and always had our best interest and made us feel comfortable. We rented a house with Jordanfishwick for a year from July 2023- July 2024. We arranged for a time for our keys to be picked up and when arriving at the agency, they told us they didn’t have our keys and to go to the house and someone would give us our keys there. Got to the property, no one was there and was charged an extra fee by the moving van company as we had to wait around for their mistake. After living in the property for a month or so we noticed that there we fleas and we were being bitten despite not owning pets. When we brought this to their attention they couldn’t care less about it and even tried telling us it was our fault and we “must” have pets. A few weeks after that we discovered mice in the property which must’ve been the cause for the fleas. Again no interest. Small things such as loose taps and inspections were fine but if we ever called up and asked to speak to our property manager he was always rude and arrogant. Clearly thought just because we’re students we must be trouble and therefore thought the way we were spoken to and even written too was very passive aggressive and not needed. At the end of our tenancy we had our inspection and out check out inventory where it stated the property did not need a deep clean. We then got a lovely bill through asking for £400 in cleaning fees despite this. We disputed and only had to pay £115 as we left the property in a state as to how it was when we moved in. Clean maybe a few moving boxes left behind and that was all. They just seem to want money out of students and put no care into keeping everyone satisfied.

Agent to one of the worst landlords I've ever experienced. Said they worked for the landlord and not us. Well they wouldnt have renters for the landlords if that's how think. Incessant phone calls when we were moving out - we wanted to buy the house we rented, got told we had first refusal if it went up for sale. Finally after asking 5 times over 3 years if we could buy it, we let the landlord know we were moving and magically it went up for sale. Jordan fishwick advertised it so overpriced they only got 1 viewing in a year and ended up putting it back up for rent - for 200 more than welcome wanted it for! With no improvement, lack of insulation, falling apart brick work, mouldy shed, rats next door, no parking, no garden, bathroom floor leaking for £925 a month!!! Outrageous. House in question was 6 Chadkirk Cottages. Would not recommend renting with original landlords Sefton Bleasefale and would barter down price to the 700 we were paying (it's a 1 bedroom house!)

Shambolic. Sent confirmation email of viewings to the wrong email address (which was copied wrong by them from Rightmove). Then when we showed up, both houses had Sold signs outside with nobody there to meet us for the viewing. The next day had the audacity to call and complain for not showing up to the viewings!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
