We tried using an online agent before handing the reins to Tom and the team at JF Hale after our initial sale stalled. The difference was as stark as night & day, in our experience a good high street agent wins hands down given that 1) JF got the transaction over the line in double quick time, 2) JF achieved a better price, 3) Tom and the team followed up, chased and harried the process to completion - exactly what the online agents didn't do........ We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tom and the team at Jordan Fishwick Hale to anyone looking for a professional estate agent that gets results.

GoogleWe had multiple viewings last year and finally purchased a property through Jordan Fishwick in September.
Throughout the whole process they are there with you, keeping you upto date and really taking their time to understand your requirements.
In my opinion dealing with Jordan fishwick was much smoother than dealing with similar estate agents in the area, they also treat you as a human, and not an opportunity to make a sale.

TrustpilotUnethical - a warning to renters
I rented a flat from Jordan Fishwick, who managed it for the owner. βManagingβ involved turning a blind-eye to the fly-tipping in communal areas. I left the flat spotless, after years of managing to wheel the huge shared bins out to the street for collection every week. Before moving I phoned Jordan Fishwick twice to seek assurance that my deposit would be returned, and give them opportunity to inspect. They assured me that I had nothing to worry about. I raised my concerns about the communal areas. Not a problem, they said. A month later β¦ Iβm desperate for my deposit to be returned. No phone call, just a text: βThe landlord is keeping Β£160 of your deposit to pay for the removal of litter in communal areas". No way to contact them. Itβs Christmas Eve. Their Twitter is full of glad-tidings and self-congratulation. It takes months of arbitration and evidence for the Deposit Protection Scheme to get my deposit back. They have never apologised. I took to Twitter and Youtube to share my experience. They blocked me.

It's been almost two months, and I'm still waiting for my deposit back. I wouldn't be so bothered if they communicated, but they can take some time just to email back. It's just a worry as I'm trying to move into my next property, and to do that, I need my deposit back from the previous place. It's just delayed my whole move-in date by months.

GoogleI rented my first apartment in the UK through JordanFishwick and they made the experience extremely easy and hassle-free. I dealt with Oksana, who was professional and responsive to all my questions via email or phone. I had several small issues about providing the required documents since I had just moved to the UK and Oksana worked with me to make sure the process was smooth. All told, I was able to move into the apartment two weeks after viewing it which was fantastic. GoogleThe sale of my house and purchase of an appartmemt proved to be quite a challenging experience but with Jordan and Fishwick Chorlton (who were in charge of my sale)"holding my hand"and expertly guiding me through it all the stress was considerably alleviated and thanks to their efforts all was more than well in the end.
They manage to combine excellent professional knowledge with a friendliness and empathy which is quite exceptional.I felt this from my first meeting with Harry which was one of the main reasons I chose to go with them. Maura who was the person I dealt with subsequently is really outstanding in her work ,easy to contact ,an excellent communicator and negotiator , knowledgeable and all enveloped in a human warmth -the perfect package !
And thanks to Josh for your sunny nature -always uplifting !

Took over the property I was renting and it was very smooth. Prompt responses any time I needed help, were there for me when I was having severe health issues. Got full deposit back with no quibbles, having just cleaned the place myself. Gutted I had to leave my property and responsive agents. Gotta mention Joely Brooks being my main contact, always very responsive, very sympathetic when I was going through a bad time. Wish I'd been able to rent my new place with them.
