GoogleWe were very pleased with the assistance from Jordan Fishwick, especially Stewart, who was in the thick of it between purchasers, sellers, solicitors and other estate agents sorting out issues with the chief rent (a nightmare!) and a potential change of moving date. He always made time to discuss things, the phone was answered promptly, very good communication. I would highly recommend.

GoogleWe have just moved into a tenancy using Jordan Fishwick as the Letting Agent. Moving house is a stressful process anyway, but using this letting agent made it a far more difficult process than it needed to be. There were countless things wrong with the whole process. We were constantly having to call up to try and get information that we should have been given anyway. We were having to call up to remind staff to open and respond to our emails. We were receiving vague and confusing emails that contradicted what we had been told in phone conversations. When expressing our frustrations we were made to feel like we were being ungrateful and overreacting. When we arrived at the house on the first day of the tenancy it was not clean. There were still previous tenants possessions filling the kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathroom. The bathroom had old razors with hair in the cupboards. Fortunately the landlord is extremely responsive and kind and sorted almost all of the issues on the day we moved in. We are extremely thankful that we do not have to use Jordan Fishwick as a contact point throughout the tenancy, as their service was poor from start to finish.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe are a couple moving from Hong Kong to Manchester. We have a very hard time in searching apartment which landlord are willing to rent to us. We have been rejected by a few agency / landlord and finally we meet Oksana from Jordan Fishwick Chorlton. She is professional, polite and patience. It may be hard for local customer to imagine how difficult it would be for new immigrate to rent a place. We are so grateful Oksana helped us to explain to our landlord and finally we are succeeded. Oksana Belykova has on each occasion been absolutely fantastic from the initial photography through to handing over the keys to the tenants . She has been a delight to work with, always polite approachable and responsive. There has been seamless communication throughout which has made the whole process stress free and she has never failed to let me down with her great judgment of those candidates she has put forward. Our selling process fell either side of lockdown with all the problems that brought, but we cannot fault Harry and his team for getting us through a stressful time in the easiest way possible. GoogleWe really cannot thank Oksana from Jordan Fishwick in Chorlton enough for all her help and advice with our move from London to Manchester. We had to relocated with a very tight turnaround, over Christmas and New Year (and in Tier 4!), but Oksana helped make it happen somehow! She made finding and renting somewhere as smooth and stress-free as possible and even helped us out with sourcing a few bit of much-needed furniture after we moved in! GoogleI recently sold my property with JF and cannot rate them highly enough. Chris was super supportive and helpful when chasing solicitors, always keeping me up to date and offering sound advice. It was a constant reassurance knowing that Chris was there to support even during lockdown. It's also worth noting that the lettings team, in particular Lucy, have been amazing throughout too, as my property was let with JF before I decided to sell. I felt like from the very beginning when I spoke to Maura Duffy and told her how much I loved the property that she wanted to make the whole process as smooth as possible and through her I was able to establish great communication with the vendor. She helped to speed up communications with solicitors whenever we were waiting on anything and had a great relationship with the estate agent who was selling my property at the same. Her response in coming back to me I would say was immediate without fail and it was always an absolute pleasure to chat to her. It was so lovely to finally meet her on the day that we picked up the keys and she seemed genuinely delighted for us! GoogleWe had excellent service and a great experience of Jordan Fishwick whilst selling our house in Chorlton- starting with our initial meetings with Harry and lovely photos of the house taken by Josh. Maura was amazing- going above and beyond many, many times. She was great at negotiating with solicitors and the other estate agents involved and she was so calm and supportive on a very tricky moving day. Would highly recommend!

We've used JF to rent a property for a while now and we cant really fault them. Email queries are answered promptly, usually with a follow up call as well. Any jobs outstanding do get attention and the service from Tom in the Manchester office is just what you expect and more. Its a pretty hassle free experience which is exactly how it should be!

Since the day I received the key, I've felt as if I've been robbed. When I entered the house, I immediately noticed that there were serious issues in many areas. However, my emails went ignored. If I have to express my feelings, it's truly terrible, so bad that I don’t even want to say more. It's ridiculous that your company's accountants have repeatedly made mistakes with the simplest addition and subtraction. Furthermore, one of your employees replied to my email, saying that if it weren't for them, I wouldn't even get the remaining deposit back. This is truly laughable. Aren't you supposed to act according to the owner's instructions? The owner is willing to refund the deposit to me; it's their choice. You’re merely acting on the owner's directions. I don't understand why your employees would take credit for this. Even though I'm not a local, that shouldn't be a reason to take advantage of us.

GoogleOksana made our moving process so easy and stress-free! She is super friendly, and polite and will update you on all the processes and what you require for renting a property. We rang lots to ask questions and have things clarified (it was our first time renting a property), and Oksana was very approachable and made sure we understood everything. When we first viewed the property we are renting now, she showed us round properly and explained all of its features really well. I would definitely recommend Jordan Fishwick Chorlton if you are looking to rent or let somewhere.

GoogleDuring the sale (2 bed flat) I chased JF most of the time and when eventually the sale completed they did not even bother to contact me (yet grabbed their fees) ..... I had to chase them / complain ..... eventually I received an email from Martin Moston Group Operations Director, Manchester with the biggest load of Bull excuses. No wonder Estate Agents have a bad name !!!!!

I sold my house through the Sale branch and all the staff there were exceptional throughout a long process which included a couple of failed sales (the buyers pulled out at the last minute but nothing anyone at Jordan Fishwick did wrong). I want to give particular praise to Nicola Robinson, Olivia Pearce and Chris Hawthorn, who have all been amazing help over the past year.
