When the home I was buying fell through (nothing to do with Jordans) I got great practical and emotional support from them until I found somewhere else. Used Jordan Fishwick to sell my house - what a mistake. Left 2 external doors unlocked after doing viewings. Even having 20 min appointments for viewings, they didn't show people anything in the house and just let them wander around. Didn't bother to stay for all the viewing appointments and never made the video house tour that was promised.Completely unprofessional attitude. Rude staff who hung up mid sentence. Could not recommend and would never use again. Didn't do their job and very unimpressed by the customer service (or lack thereof).

GoogleBought a property in Chorlton through Stewart Grundy at Jordan Fishwick and despite stiff competeion our offer was accepted. The property was taken off the market and Stewart provided reassurance and guidance throughout whilst ensuring the best interests of the vendors who were in a chain were looked after. From vieiwng to exchange of contracts through Stewarts advice and patience managed to exchange contracts in less than two months. Highly recommended whether you are selling or buying a property. We would definitely use Jordan Fishwick if we were selling a property but as Stewart has now helped us secure our dream house hopefully we won't have to use him, but he will be our first port of call if needed.

I rented a property in Manchester for 2.5 years managed by Adam Mack on behalf of Jordan Fishwick. Despite an incredible workload, Adam attended to and resolved all issues raised throughout our tenancy which inevitably arose in an older property. I also enjoyed using interactive apps for administrative tasks that made locating important documentation easier. It has been a pleasure working with Adam Mack and would therefore recommend Jordan Fishwick to friends & relatives.

GoogleI approached a number of different letting agents but decided to instruct Jordan Fishwick and in particular Oksana to handle the letting of my apartment. Oksana was very friendly yet professional, she answered all my questions and was very helpful . Oksana has excellent knowledge of the letting market in Chorlton and was able to find tenants within a couple of weeks of me instructing her.

GoogleThe only estate agents to use. Why anyone would choose Brimelows is a mystery to me. Valuations are always realistic at Jordans and the service is consistently good. Harry has managed here for a long time so knows the local market very well.

GoogleCharged £750 for basic checks and setting up a lease, both services can be found using “Vouch website” and “Open Rent” at a fraction of the prices. I also find that the tenants they find only stay a year and each time; even marketing with the photos I provided, with remote viewings, no actual feet in the door, which is fine, but please reflect this in your fee if you’re basically just relaunching the same advert and taking 1 or 2 calls and doing credit check. All things that any landlord can actually do without an agent. I would look elsewhere, all they are after is your money, and i'm convinced that they get awful tenants in so that you give in and have them manage the property and take even more fees....Absolute fleecers!

Jordan Fishwick managed our property for 4+ years and while it was good to begin with and we had attentive service it quickly declined and we had incredibly poor service. They are very quick to request money from you and encourage you to sign a contract but they absolutely will not fix any maintenance problems, even if you complain multiple times. If you end up getting Stefan Bowers as your property manager then god help you because the man is about as useless as a chocolate teapot and will not reply to any of your emails. If he does reply to your email he is aggressive and completely illiterate - good luck. Avoid these estate agents at all cost.

Having agreed a sale a few weeks before lockdown, there were inevitable delays and frustrations but the team were always on hand for advice and their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Although I was impressed with the entire team, I mainly dealt with Maura who was quite simply amazing.

I contacted them to arrange a viewing to buy a flat. They asked for a mortgage in principle or proof of cash(?!?) just to book a viewing! - nonsense and unprofessionalMore importantly, the person on the phone was entirely rude, unprofessional, patronising and I honestly believe racist. To add to that they were also full of lies saying that all agencies need mortgage in principle to arrange a viewing. - I've personally had several viewings now and in the past without a decision in principle.Maybe they were having a bad day but honestly I would never trust this person and consequently the agency to handle such a transaction for me. If I were someone considering selling or letting with them, I'd stay clear. - hope this reaches people and the agency to improve their service.
