GoogleAvoid at all costs. They hold onto your deposit for as long as they can and they try to stop large amounts for no reason. Also very rude if you have issues as a tenant and ask for help.NegativeProfessionalism

Dear Cristina Cozma, Thank you for the review and sorry you feel you had a bad experience. However, your comments on the deposit return are inaccurate. You moved out of the property on the 7th June 2020. We sent you an email, one month prior to your exit date, clearly advising you what your obligations were as a tenant upon exiting the property, this was to ensure a swift return of your deposit. When you vacated the property, you didn’t follow any of these instructions, instead you bombarded the office with countless phone calls, in the midst of a global pandemic, rudely demanding an update on your deposit return, despite not acknowledging any of the instructions we had given you previously. Therefore, I feel you only have yourself to blame for any unnecessary delay. When you finally provided us with the closing statements for your utilities and council tax on the 26th June, we actioned the return of your deposit same day via the DPS portal. Your deposit was £750, your landlord looked to withhold £114, you disputed the £114 so £636 was released to you on the 26th June 2020. The £114 you disputed then went to adjudication with the DPS, unfortunately any delays experienced whilst the case is with the DPS is out of our hands. The DPS then closed the case on the 5th August 2020, awarding your landlord £96.90 of the £114 based on the evidence supplied.
