Liam, I suppose it wont be long before google remove your review because this is not the place for employment reviews and reviews such as these go against their terms. I am surprised you have written what you have written, you are only embarrassing yourself. You started with our company on a three month probation period, which we had to extend to four months because of your performance and consistent issues with time keeping. The conditions of us enrolling and paying for you to do the NFOPP course would have happened when you passed your probation, unfortunately you didn't get this far. If other team members told you this doesn't happen, why are you the only employee we didn't register on the course? We didn’t supply you with car parking, this wasn’t part of your employment package. You choose to use the car park at your own risk. Please don’t blame us for your lateness, you were given enough warnings. You were late consistently, even after warnings. Your work ethic was pathetic, we had to constantly chase you to complete simple tasks. Your emails to landlords and tenants contained nothing but spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes and poor customer service. Your enthusiasm was non-existent, you couldn’t handle simple situations. Yes, of course you were left in the office on your own from time to time, we are a small independent business, everybody is left in the office on their own here from time to time. You didn’t get paid mileage on time because you couldn’t submit an accurate mileage claim on time, simply because you didn’t take the time to follow the instructions on how to use the application, even after 4 months. When the pandemic hit, yes we choose not to keep you on because we had to make cut backs, as did most businesses in the UK. The issues we experienced with your work ethic only made our decision easier. The exit interview was done via face time because you had claimed your brother had COVID and you were isolating. We were advised to do this by Croner, our HR company. You have a lot of growing up to do Liam, I hope your future employers will read this and dodge the bullet, you are literally the only employee we have ever had that didn't last longer than 4 months.
