GoogleMcKayla made our entire reviewing and deposit process so incredibly easy! We have had some nightmare experiences with agents in the city center, but our experience with Goodwin really stood out as being fast and professional. Her communication skills have been fantastic and we went from having a viewing to having our offer accepted the same day (on a weekend as well!). We couldn't recommend Goodwin and particularly McKayla enough!

GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with McKayla Healey! She was so helpful and so kind. We were desperate for our flat and she was so patient with me when I kept calling and emailing! It’s my first time moving with my partner, and she talked me through it. Even all my stupid questions. I am sad that we won’t be working together but happy it was so short as she sorted out all our problems so quickly!

GoogleSo terrible, take over a week to reply to important emails about tenancy contracts, doesn't look out for the tenant at all. These 5 star reviews are fake as when you leave a negative one they try to contact you to change it!!

GoogleI had a very bad experience with an agent who unprofessionally skipped on our viewing. After 15 min of being late and not answering her phone she answered her office phone and had no idea that she arranged a viewing with us. After being asked she lied and put the blame on her colleague… i was really interested in the building and was planing to rent the apartment even though it was a bit far from university but with this attitude i thought i was better spending my money somewhere else

GoogleDelighted with the service from Goodwin Fish. Alex displayed true professionalism and care for us as clients. He guided us gently through the selling process and interacted with us with intelligence and humour. Joshua took great photos showing our apartment to its best advantage (I felt quite proud of it!). Joshua arranged viewings and sent us weekly status reports. A buyer was found within weeks but unfortunately they hit uncertainty around interest rates and had to withdraw. Within a week Alex and Joshua had found us another (cash) buyer and it was all systems go from there. Alex advised us and managed relationships between solicitors, the buyer and ourselves to ensure that everything went smoothly. Goodwin Fish, Alex and Joshua truly exceeded our expectations. I was introduced to Goodwin Fish by a colleague who used them for property sales in the Manchester area and thought very highly of them. I initially found the commission to be expensive, more than twice the quotes from other agents, but soon realised that the professional, friendly, attention to detail service they provided all through the sale to be exceptional. They were super efficient and found a buyer, who paid £10k over the asking price, in less than two weeks. They then handled the daunting task of the sale, which was a leasehold property, and the myriad documents required with an extremely hands on attitude and a completion that went seamlessly. It goes without saying that the commission charged was worth every penny.

In particular we had some issues with our buyer towards the end of the sale, but both Alex and Ian were incredibly helpful in keeping things moving and making our sale (and purchase) a success. Nicola is a huge support sorting all new tenant related issues and Nicola will always take your call and respond promptly. Nicola is a great asset to this business and she's a pleasure to deal with.
