GoogleSounded like a great way to sell, ensuring buyers are in a position to proceed advertising nationwide. Unfortunately we had to do all the chasing right from the start, and communications, our contact left the organisation but we weren’t told about this. When someone did follow up with viewers after chasing, they said they had spoken to one that liked the house but not the location, this particular couple then contacted us directly to arrange subsequent viewings (4 in total) and they made us an offer. Overall very disappointing but glad we sold the, we being the operative word.

GoogleWe moved to Express Estate Agency because we had had plenty of viewings but none in a position to actually buy. That all changed with Express. We were allocated Nicole Bradburn as our contact who maintained excellent communications throughout the process of our sale and up to completion. Sold within a month! It is true that perhaps Express may be a little more expensive, and we would have liked a face to face experience but overall I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI’ve dealt with a different online estate agent previously and my experience was not good at all so when I saw a property I liked, I was initially reluctant to get involved based on this. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. This company were far more professional and competent. The person who has handled our offer so far was brilliant. He really listened to us and negotiated the deal between the two parties in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend and have had my faith in this type of business restored. Thank you.

Didn’t get the information I wanted due to fact I need to find out how long my current contact is with the estate agent i have been using , I think I should have been made aware of this earlier in the day so I could have contacted my estate agent and found out ready for the video call .

GoogleFrom the start, everybody was on the ball. We were with another company and our property wasn't moving. We dropped them and came over to Express. Oliver, Helen, and Aaron (especially) got us back on the market and an offer within 24 hours. They have been very good at updating me on the progress and always pick up the phone to answer my questions. The team is friendly and very professional. My husband and I highly recommend this agency!

YellNEVER USE EXPRESS ESTATES
I don't think the lack of service provided by Express warrants the high commission. 2 appts were arranged for viewers, you cancelled the 2nd without consulting me.... BAD MANAGEMENT. Every time I called Katie it went to voicemail, in 21st century everyone has a mobile. NOT GOOD ENOUGH SERVICE PROVIDEDYou recommended solicitors to the buyer who took 20 weeks instead of a normal 6 weeks to reach exchange. Each week cost me £100 to maintain the property I am therefore £1,400 out of pocket due to your BAD RECOMMENDATION. I had to contact the buyer direct and sort matters our ourselves. Even at the end of the sale process the solicitors delayed matters by taking an unnecessary length of time to sign the matter off.I could never ever recommend your company to anyone who wants to sell their property because you are the most unhelpful useless company we could have employed.

Took several attempts, numerous calls and emails to even get anyone to share the home report with us on initial enquiry. Nobody called me back despite messages being left, was always down to me to chase up. Conflicting information shared each time I spoke with someone, on one instance the home report wasn’t available and they were struggling to contact seller to make viewing appointments, next call I was told the total opposite.After we agreed purchase with the seller directly, the time delay in getting responses from legal team was overly slow and I didn’t see any sign of Express chasing this up. I had to contact the seller directly and get them to chase. Other than gather my details for anti-money laundering purposes I had no contact from Express despite being told in the initial email that they were there to ensure things moved along quickly. All in I would never pick this company if I were selling a property.

GoogleIn the video call, the offer was clearly stated at 80% "industry average" which is too low for me at this time. It was good to have a short, clear statement to allow me to make a quick decision.

The initial service from when I tried to arrange a viewing was extremely poor with communication atrocious. However, when the purchase reached the stage that Casey was involved, it was excellent.

No show! Was inundated with phone calls, text messages and emails to confirm appointment, then no one turned up! When I logged in, my account didn’t exist. I was duped in to contacting them as they said they were interested in making a cash offer for my house. In reality, they are a corrupt agency trying to steal business from other useless online estate agents!
