GoogleThe appointment we had with Nik tonight was very good. He explained everything to us, told us why we was having no luck or interest in our house. He was positive and honest with what he told us didn't make promises he might not be able to keep. Fingers crossed our luck may now change .

Terrible customer service. Promised the earth and then our house was on market with them for 16 weeks....with only one viewing in that time. We had a lot of no shows which made us question if they were even genuine. Even cancelling/giving notice was hard work. Don't believe the sales pitch.

GoogleI have put in an offer to a property that has been on the market for over a year. I went to view it after ringing them 5 times to arrange. I would happily pay asking price I got the mortgage in principle sorted and was liaising with my mortgage adviser. It took me 3 weeks to get a call back and then she said she would speak to vender and another week later still had not got back to me. Today she called (after I emailed) unapologetic and just rude as hell on the phone. (You would think after it being on the market for over a year they would be jumping at the chance to get it sold for the vender) because of the unprofessional agent I will continue my search and hopefully the vendor will find a new estate agent and we can get the deal done. GoogleWould give 0 stars if possible. Buying a property through express right now. Been waiting over 5 weeks for a valuation date to be agreed with the lender. Had 3 wait for 2 weeks as the lady with the keys self isolated after going on holiday to a country that was on the isolation list. Then when she returned she set 2 dates with the valuer to grant access, and didn’t show up to either of them. Had no feedback or updates at all. Only seem to get an update when I call them. Have had a few canvassing calls wanting to give cash offer on property. Never called. I arranged online video calls, made appointments, they never kept them. They don’t answers their phones, don’t respond. How they remain in business baffles me. I could not trust this company with a property if the can’t even handle a phone.

You make out you would buy the property, but your not interested unless it's for a stupid price. So then you make out your gunna sell it in 30 days. Take some pics and if you sell make £3500 if not can try another agency while I do all the work... Not interested bet you all drive mercs or above.
