GoogleI've been trying for four days to contact this company to arrange a viewing for a rural property in Turriff, Aberdeenshire. I've tried emailing and phoning them. Eventually I got through to their office, and I asked to view the property at the earliest convenience, as I'm travelling from over 7 hours away. I never received the booking confirmation via text or email. Absolutely appalling. Is the seller aware how poor this agency is representing their property?NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleUtter waste of time. The initial video call seemed to go very well - a well rehearsed and positive sales pitch. However, there were no follow up emails or communication regarding next steps and Samantha clearly lied about part of the contract during out conversation and when I questioned this, I never heard back, despite several emails.

If you call them it just rings out. Emailing takes multiple tries with no response. Worst estate agents, would not recommend them. I bought a house who were selling through Express Estate Agents, my solicitor and my estate agent all advised they could get no response to any communication. Their website says they are the best but not in my experience.
