GoogleContacted to arrange a viewing, they replied via email asking when I was available. Replied same day saying available anytime & for them to let me know when I can view the properly. Have sent emails since & every single one has gone unanswered. Extremely poor. Unsure how they expect to sell if they ignore potential interest

Viewings after 5pm were made available which was ideal for us as we both work till 5pm. The portal was quick and easy to use. Great work by the team to get the property sold! However, the pricing on the adverts did make it confusing for the customers as they were under the assumption it was on sale for the cheaper option.

GoogleDreadful company, tied me into contract for 16 weeks, then still wanted another 28 days notice! They took money for solicitor and been trying to get it back for weeks! Doesnt reply to emails! Had one lot of purchasers view but had absolutely no feed back! Initial call promised the earth but all of it load of rubbish! Do not use!!!

Appalling AVOID! From advertising our property 45k under our asking price. Phone contact is almost impossible. The booking app is terrible. ( we had more knocks on the door than viewings ) Ryan D did his best but now not answering emails? AVOID AVOID AVOID.

GoogleEXPENSIVE and POOR SERVICE. It took around 9 months to complete the sale of our property because express did not carry out all the right checks with the buyer. At 1.5% charge you’d expect the service to be running smoothly but far from the truth. Even toward the final stages of completion almost 9 months later their buyer was still looking around for a mortgage where as all that should of been done at the beginning. This is because express didn’t do all the right checks at the beginning. Also, we were advised to reconsider our property price and accept a low offer so that they can charge a whopping 1.5% fee.NegativeQuality, Value

GoogleAbsolutely rubbish service... dont sell your house with this shambles of a company. Viewed a house in Longridge Preston, made a competitive off and had to chase for feedback 1 week later!! the house price has subsequently been reduced and received an email asking if we would like to make an offer. we emailed stating we have stood by our original offer as the property needs lots of work to bring it up to the market price. No heard back - no feedback what-so-ever its been a week and a half !!!!!! no room for negotiation from either ourselves or the seller NOTHING. I personally would not recommendNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
