Not Scott’s fault but all I wanted was a quick call to discuss what the company was offering. Once Scott realised I was going to wait until end of March to sell my house through strike. He couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. He didn’t share anything about the 1 hour he had prepared some exciting news for me. Not happy with the video call and a waste of my time

Promised the earth and ended up not delivering. Before we signed up said the last thing they’d do was blame the market for reducing the price yet it was the first thing they did.At each stage felt like we did all the work and upon completion absolutely no follow. Would not recommend!

GoogleCalled to arrange a viewing of a property, person in the office clearly didn’t know any details of the property itself and took a while to get round to it. Arranged a viewing the following day but got no confirmation. Arranged again for another day but no communication again. Finally get through to main office only to be told the property is sold. Good luck to the people buying as I absolutely would not like to deal with this company with any such house sale or purchase! Go to your local agents, not these internet ones who couldn’t care less about your experience!

My first review is below this one.Express Estate Agency have told Trust Pilot that they are not sure I used them! They asked for evidence, including my email address and mobile number. They had both - that is how they communicated with me!Trust Pilot asked me for proof, which I provided - that is why my last post was verified.So...Express Estate Agency tried to suppress my negative post. These people are not to be trusted.

GoogleI wouldn't employ them as an agent to sell my home. Kept phoning me and putting the phone down as I answered and when you finally get through it sounds like a noisy call centre. Wanted to view a property but no-one came back to me and I had to keep phoning for an update only to find out after a week that an offer had already been accepted. Limited experience of how they would have progressed if I had been able to actually make an appointment but I wasn't impressed.

This estate agency are terrible when you first speak to someone they give you a big sales pitch which is a load of rubbish we have been on the market with them for 16 weeks and they only sent one perspective buyer around we had no feed back on the appointment had hardly any contact with them at all would never use them again in my oppinion they were absolutely disgraceful
