The negotiator didn't carry out due diligence on this offer. The buyer said she was a cash buyer and she we didn't find out until months down the line that she was too young to buy this old age apartment. Because of this we wasted 6 months with this buyer and it it cost us extra money. I'm trying to make a formal complaint but Express Estate Agents are ignoring me.

Lots of promises by telesales. Down hill from there, more promises by the "estate agent". Poor follow up, trying to get a return phone call was impossible .All they want to do is drop and drop the price, and talk over you when you say no, arrogance and poor customer relations in abundance.

AVOID! This company do not know what they're doing, they're amateurs. We got ripped off due to their false advertising and then they failed to answer numerous phone calls or reply to any emails... don't believe what they say, they say what they want to get a sale. Not only that the communication from day one was non existent, we should have seen the red flags then.Absolute disgrace.
