As a buyer, I found it extremely frustrating trying to deal with this agency. I spent 3 days trying to book a viewing, without success. They did not respond to emails and did not call me, despite saying they would. When I tried calling, I got a recorded message saying there was an “application error”. Hopeless! Based on this experience, I would not sell through this agency.

I contacted Express Estate Agency following a letter. I had my zoom meeting and was promised the earth and assuring me that the property would be sold by end of June 2022, which I doubted but was given strong assurances that it would based on their marketing and expertise. In the two months since they have had the property on their books we have not had one viewing request and when questioned just excuses and forcing the valuation down. In the past week there has been zero interest which makes me suspicious. It also takes an age for anyone to answer the phone and messages left are never responded to. The property I have also noted is not advertised on several of the sites that they adhere to. I am extremely disappointed and based on personal experience would not deal with
