I had pointment booked for Tuesday 18th for 10 as agreed i linked up on time with video message ther was no other links needed i waiting patiently for whoever was gona speak to me I waited 15 minutes no one came to light so then i hung up. This to me is very unprofessional from express offers wasting peoples time. You should be on the receiving end before the customer logs on. I can understand you want to meet the client face to face so both partys know who dealing i with.

Good business model was a while before we had some definate interest but that was probably due to market forces plus time of year etc but all at EEA including Paul Cooper who was instrumental in its conclusion deserve great praise and the liaison with the solicitors and purchaser was very efficient. keep up the good work!!!!

The "WhereBy" communication software EOT use is rubbish. It doesn't get through my company's firewall (unlike Teams) and the audio is extremely poor. Had to resort to mobile phone for audio at home. ExpressOffersToday (EOT) is the buying side of Express Estate Agency. I had gained information from previous call to EOT. Chloe outlined the 7-day or 30-day "window" choices that EOT work for a 20-25% mark up. Since we have recently had offers for the full asking price, and that is still a possibility (if our developer can make a BCB offer for our buyer's full asking price) then our chain is not something that EOT can get involved with at the current time. She will call later next week to know how things are going.

Very rough experience

Very rough experience. My first case handler was an absolute nightmare and couldn't even manage to book my survey in despite having 6 weeks to get it done; I called and emailed so much I felt like I'd taken on a second full-time job, and he never replied to emails or called back. Then someone took over my case and she was AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL! Had she not left the company a week before my completion (off to work somewhere better I'm sure) I would have assumed the first Case handler was just one bad cog. However, I found out on my completion day when I tried to arrange getting my keys that they didn't bother replacing my second case handler, therefore no-one knew it was my completion date, and they had the keys in their office (a 5 hour drive from where my new house is) so they had to post me the keys, and I didn't get them until the day after completion. Absolutely terrible service at the beginning and end, making the most straightforward (first time buyer + no chains) sale incredibly stressful.

PROMISES NOT KEPT, TARGETS NOT MET.

I was promised market value but my property was never marketed to achieve the target. The negotiators work and are payed by the seller but I believe they favour the buyers. I have lost out on thousands and the commission is far too high and undeserved as the seller does the majority of the leg work. I would not recommend express to any potential sellers and I will be selling future properties somewhere else.

Very lazy estate agent

Robert never responded my email and never react to any action need to taken from express end. I was keep chase up continues a week to book the valuation. Even when valuation people called and they spelled my other name. Robert informed the valuation company wrong person even he had my passport copy with him and didn’t check me either. I come to know this only when I called the valuation company personally. Afterwards, he is not communicating to buyer or seller about the updates. I personally visited seller and make this purchase happen. If he is not interested on this job or he don’t know what to do. Better he leave the job and look for another job, instead damaging Express agency name.

Very opportunistic online only agent out to steal business from other agents

Made lots of promises at outset to get a lot of viewings and sold in the first month. Only managed to get one viewing after misleading me to drop asking price (suggested a price range but instead dropped price) which completely misled the only potential buyer. Kept on making mistakes when I asked them to correct.Very opportunistic online only agent out to steal business from other agents with a high fee and promises of selling quickly. Does not even deal with viewings. Nearly every time I discussed anything following appointing them I felt they were trying to manipulate me for a quick sale.Also holds you liable to pay commission for an unreasonable period if you switch to another agent. Recommend carefully reading terms but would not recommend this agent at all and would never use them again.
