TrustpilotAvoid these agents at all costs
Avoid these agents at all costs. They have failed to sell our property and are now holding us to our contract (16 weeks) which will end on the 27th February. Despite us giving 28 days notice already, we will still have to wait a further 28 days after the contract finishes. They are happy to talk to you when things are going well but, in my experience things turn sour very quickly once you express dissatisfaction with their service.

My wife tried to book to view a property in Littlehampton, no call back to confirm. Then an email with a link to a dashboard that just goes to an error page and another link for if that doesn't work goes to an error page too.So the next day she calls and the system says it recognises her number so will connect to the right person but puts her through to reception who are clueless. Take details in a rather haphazard manner and promise a call back.Unsurprisingly nothing has happened.Don't hold out much hope if you are trying to sell that property.

Daisy obviously take pride in her work and studies your area to enable herself to put you in the best position to sell your property. So informative, understanding and really easy to talk to

As a cash buyer I was extremely interested in a property listed earlier this week and wanted a few basic questions asked before arranging a viewing (service fee / ground rent etc). I was told an offer had been made (in a chain) but not yet accepted. A call back was promised to me but it never happened. After I chased them up I was told (extremely rudely) that the property was now under offer and accepted. What a shame for the sellers who have missed out on what would have likely been a highly lucrative and speedy offer!

GoogleI haven't finished the selling of my property yet with Express however I am happy so far. I had my initial meeting with Chloe who was very helpful and informative. Within a couple of weeks I had an offer on my property which I have accepted. Very happy with Megan who has been overseeing this part of the process. I would recommend Express based on my experience so far

Got a letter from them implying they'd give a cash offer on our property. Then another, another.. saying that they can pay cash just a bid less of your asking price. Once called them to find out they said can sell within a month or so for a full price. Tried it - they didn’t. Asked about a cash offer. Their offer was 50% my property price. When selling their strategy is to make your property lowest in the area market. They Dropped my property price by 25%!!! And yet wanted to go further! HONESTLY ONE OF THE WORST AGENCIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! NOT TOO MENTION THEIR RIDICULOUS CHARGES!! Only word: AVOID!!

Pretty bad. Called from a video app that didn't work, the sound was off. Bombarded with a sales pitch. Guy sounded like he was in a call centre. Said they value properties on your circumstances rather than property value which rang alarm bells ..sounds like they are looking for desperate people to undercut. Asked the guy to call me so we could talk via phone and he said he has to record the video...at which point I bailed.
