Got a letter from them implying they'd give a cash offer on our property (which had been on the market a few months after a couple of offers had fallen through).When I followed up on the letter, had a phone call where they asked confusing questions about how long was left on the contract with my current estate agent. Did more research, and surmised they were actually just an estate agent, who had sent a highly misleading letter to get more business.Their number has since called me 60 times (once every few days) since July. I since sold my house, without dealing with this weird predatory organisation. I'd steer well clear, if I were you. I have had to block the number.

This is honestly the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. The customer service is so bad they set new standards of how bad they are. I tried to sell my property with this company and to be fair, they got the viewings and offers in exactly like they said. After that it was a complete nightmare. Barely any communication from them and do not live up to their promises. They do not answer their phones. You have to call over and over again to get someone. And when someone does answer, the person you want does not call you back when you leave a message. Please stay away from this company!!!!

GoogleAbsolutely terrible service as soon as I put my offer in. No one kept in touch re: seller moving on. After paying for searches, agent told me with no sensitivity that seller decided not to sell...and when I asked about my costs being out of pocket...they were blazee about it and no sympathy at all other. Got my children's hopes up as I had a 2nd viewing despite offer being accepted. Agent pretty much useless & not bothered about the impact things like this has you & your family...insensitive, not bothered about as a customer, absolutely nil customer care so pls avoid this agent at all cost.

GoogleSpeaking from a buyers point of view absolutely disgraceful service. After booking a second viewing with the vendor and phoning the agents to notify them (cut off at least 5 times before getting through), I gave them all the viewing details and I did receive a confirmation email, hence the 1 star. Actual agent dealing with the property off sick so I spoke to another (very polite) agent, hence the 2nd star. Luckily the vendor had my phone number and text me to inform me that the property had gone under offer and the viewing cancelled. I'm still waiting for the agent to tell me this even though I've rang and complained twice and requested a call. Both times I've called it has taken over 10 attempts to get through without getting cut off. The agent was not aware I knew the viewing had been cancelled and I would have driven 120 miles for no reason. Inexcusabley rubbish online service...... use a high street branch.

GoogleThis session did not take place. I booked the dedicated session yet despite an annoying quantity of text messages and an email reminding me, your agent did not enter the chat and two phone calls to your company later I was told that it was a cancellation standby booking. This is incorrect as I was offered that on Tuesday so agreed with the agent I spoke to that it would be better for a confirmed appointment today at 16:00. All I can say is that you clearly aren’t interested in making an offer on my property if you’re unable to book, and then attend, a meeting. Frankly I doubt the ‘hours’ of research into my property have taken place either. Underwhelmed!

GoogleStaff are nice and friendly. But when I was asked if I would like to use their in-house solicitors I was told (verbally) it would be approximately £1,500 (buying). When I was sent a quote, it was going to cost close to £4,000. This is after they already convinced my other half to pay a £118 deposit for the service (which I wasn't informed about until after the fact). As it would happen, the sale fell-through so we got a refund on the deposit anyway. But it seems very shady so be careful.

GoogleI phoned in to speak to someone regarding further details on the property we wanted to purchase, the chap I spoke to initially was very rude and booked me an appointment telling me I couldn't speak to anyone and they would ring me back, I was then sent an email to confirm my appointment and register, so I called back again and was met with rudeness again to be told someone will ring me back, it's now been 3 days and the appointment day has arrived for a 6pm viewing and we had to drive 1 hour to get their to not find an anybody around to meet us, we called again and was informed they are closed, haven't heard anything back with an apology for wasting our time. Your system does not work when you book appointments with allowing people to speak to the actual people who know what they are talking about apparently. Total waste of time and terrible communication.

The first appointment I was given was not followed up by a video link. I telephoned and was told it would come prior to the appointment date but it didn't so this appointment was wasted time. When the appointment was rearranged, I was sceptical about this company because of this experience. However, the conversation with the estate agent,Chantelle, went well. She had done some pre-appointment research and had great knowledge of the market and our property which restored my faith.
