I feel comfortable talking to James as he explains things to me without any jargon. I asked him right at the start of dealing with him to be honest with me as I've been let down twice by other estate agents who were more like just salesmen. I wanted someone straight talking and that's what I have got with James so thankyou very much 😊

Exceptional service throughout. Always polite and professional. We felt looked after and he cared about us in terms of removing whatever barriers and stress we had. Nothing was too much trouble. Keeping us informed and up to date throughout. Weekly calls even if there was no activity that given week.Only criticism, but not about our PSM, would be to keep with the PSM until the end. We can only hope that the next person is just as courteous, helpful and empathetic.So helpful and highly recommended
