Express EA did what they said on the tin. The house was marketed within a reasonable price range. And we accepted a lower offer as the purchaser could complete in our time scale. The service was efficient, their lawyers prepared all the documentation with four working days. Very impressive. Hopefully the sale goes through without any problems!

I messaged the email address of the member of staff allocated to my account multiple times, regarding queries, without any response. I also rang the organisation multiple times without any response from any members of staff.The organisation only responded when my solicitor contacted them, which caused delays to the finalising of the sale of the property.

GoogleThey promise everything with all the right sounds at the first meeting then spend the next months trying to get you to reduce the price . Now I have decided to stop using them and asked them to remove my property from the market sites with several emails . They have not replied to me and have not answered one call. They are a giant con . Don’t be fooled by their use of Ian Botham the cricketer in their adverts . If he knew how unprofessional they were I doubt he would want his name associated with them.
