GoogleI had the most stress free ( actually enjoyable) experience with this company. The super quick , professional, patient manner in which I was treated, and the fact I didn't seem like just another number/ customer was so refreshing. I'm not the sharpest tool in the box , so when Debbie Powers took the time to explain things slowly and In a simple , straightforward way I felt extremely comfortable going ahead with things . Impossible to contact as a buyer. Cannot get email response to queries because correspondence is pre-set into categories that frustrate as they don't fit my enquiries. Thank goodness my Estate Agents aren't like this. I wonder if the sellers realise.

GoogleNaturally I was a little skeptical at first, as most of us are with any agent we are considering, but I was extremely happy with my experience. Everything worked really well and they, surprisingly, did what they promised! Yes, I started a little high and needed to temper my hopes a little, but this suited me, and after testing the market for a while and regularly receiving feedback from my able advisor, we finally received a lot of viewings and then quickly agreed a sale at a level higher than I was beginning to believe. The team were always very supportive and professional in their dealings, would happily recommend to anyone, well worth the money.

No response to emails requesting viewing. Phoned the company on several occasions to be told someone would ring me back, however this did not happen. If I was a seller using this company I would be very concerned re their lack of professionalism.

Poor communication throughout. I constantly had to chase for viewing feedback - which I rarely received - I regularly sent second (24/10) and third (27/10) request email and didn’t even receive acknowledgments to my emails. These weren’t the only occasions I didn’t receive responses from two Express personnel.

The appointment was not arranged earlier than 4 hours notice on a Bank Holiday Monday morning. An 8am email & text for a 12pm meeting. A very strange way to organise your business
