So far so, so, so awful. Never answer calls, never return calls, no information. Why any seller would use this estate agent is absolutely beyond me. We are considering withdrawing our offer purely based on the service we’ve not received.

Hardly heard from Express during the viewing and sale process. If I had taken their advice I would have accepted an offer for £6000 less. Viewings are also a bit difficult as Express will not give you the viewers contact details and vice versa. At least 3 viewings were messed up and did not take place due to the communications issues.

GoogleWhile the reviews by clients selling houses is great, my experience as a potential buyer has been less than I would expect. I have spoken three times to the "office" asking some simple questions and 3/4 days later I have had no useful response. It's great the have someone there in an office to answer the phone but it seems impossible to talk to anyone who has seen the property or knows anything about it.

The emails received prior to the meeting stated thT he had done an hours work prior to the meeting. It is obvious he had done nothing as all he was doing was asking me basic questions which he could have readily got online. The conversation to some extent sounded like a scam. The organisation will get no recommendation from me.
