James did an excellent job communicating with us and potential buyers, we never felt ‘out of the loop’, and we felt confident that potential buyers were followed up. The scheduling system made it difficult for us to cancel viewings one weekend when our car broke down and we couldn’t get home in time, this is our only complaint.

Very nice people, efficient in there job, plenty of viewings, had to take bigger reduction in sale price than I wanted but do understand how house prices have altered due to several interest rises and jobs not as secure as they used to be, also covid

Very poor and unorganised service. I was allocated to 2 operatives in tandom, which was confusing, and both of whom provided links to meetings, and the links were not valid. Very poor service and I imagine, over-stretched staff and a weak system structure and management oversight are key to the lack of the service outcome.

Interesting to have a discussion but I am very sceptical that the increased marketing would make any difference when trying to sell a house in a specific city. Given that the fees are way higher than any agent I have spoken too, we won’t be moving agents.
