Initial i/v with me was great. Ended that Scott would ring back when my wife was available. Date and time agreed which Scott confirmed was OK but sadly he did not call.So we have moved on.If arrangements are agreed but not followed then it's not a business we would use.

Absolutely useless company, pestered me constantly 24/7 to sign up then abandoned me when i did sign with them, nobody answered the phone, the people i phoned had left the company, they threatened me with their fee when i said i'd had enough after 6 months of nothing !Do NOT use them as they are clueless !

GoogleWhat a waste of time these people are!!! Hardly available when called. If you're lucky, they'll promise to call you back that they never do. All sellers must know this. These people will ruin your selling chances with worst customer service. I'm from Derby.

Do not use this estate agent under any circumstances.It took 3 weeks to have my listing removed and countless emails with no responses.They're happy to contact you if it's to they're benefit but don't otherwise.I'm also still waiting for a £100 refund that I paid as a deposit for conveyancing.STAY AWAY!!!!!

I found Jessica professional in her job, she has communicated with me through the viewing arrangements.The only negative is it would be better for an agent to attend the viewings, as I have found viewers have cancelled last minute and not rebooked.

GoogleLovely staff and excellent service. A pleasure to deal with and sold our house fast. The only negative was that they advised us to use DC Law as the solicitor. This was a bad mistake they are the most incompetent awful and arrogant company ever. I would suggest that EEA look at not using them or their sister company in future.
