Totally misleading service send out a letter saying they want to buy your house at market value. Then when you contact them it's actually 70% of that value or they will put it on the market at twice the commission of a usual estate agent.

GoogleI had an appointment and link sent to me for a video consultation. Clicked the link at the allotted time. Let the call ringing for 10 minutes and no answer. Just about useless then!

The video link would not work, but he told me as I was in a contract with my present Estate Agent, he could not help me until it finishes. Disappointing as I would have paid the commission due to them if he had been able to purchase my bungalow.
