I was contacted by the express estate agency. They offered a 7 day express purchase. This attracted us. However in a zoom interview I felt pressured into the idea of selling over a month and showing people around my house. This was not what I wanted. I feel upset and pressured into doing what I don’t want to do.

Their mail drops through your letterbox with a tempting valuation to purchase your property.You phone them and they will offer 70% of your asking price. However they are actually more interested in trying to take over the marketing of your property.Otherwise why bother selling your property via conventional routes when Express can save you the stress of the current housing market? You'd think that the entire UK would be running to them to sell their properties!

Stay away from this Company for your own sanity . I was promised they would sell my property in one month as their advert shows, four months down the line not one viewing, my designated sales Manager James never once returned my numerous calls and emails , when I did get through to someone they were rude and aggressive and I was threatened that James will take it off the market, great news now I can find a proper estate agent that will keep me informed and get me some viewings

I completed online enquiry form and had a call to arrange a video meeting which I was unable to log into via the link provided.I asked Ieva Turcinskaite if she was able to conduct call via phone call instead … she was incredibly rude and condescending to me. I asked if calls were recorded and suggested she listened back to the call as her attitude was disgraceful. Maybe the company can identify a training need. Terrible customer service!!!!

GoogleJames Wong was responsible for the sale of my flat. He was really helpful and was always on hand. He had a good understanding of my area even though he was based in Manchester. A buyer was found quickly despite it being a quiet time of the year. Thank you for the hard work
